REFUND POLICY

Card or Paypal purchases

Purchasing any digital products from us you agree that in the case of any problem with a file we are allowed to fix that particular problem within a period of time that is enough to resolve that particular problem. An approximate period of time needed to resolve the problem is about 7 working days but can vary depending on its complexity. If you have any problems with the file please contact us (email).

In case we cannot resolve that problem within the period of time stated above we will offer a refund that equals the price you paid (full refund).

Taking into account your agreement stated above, we guarantee a 30-day money back* in the next cases:

  • if you find purchased products are damaged;
  • if you find purchased products are not those as in the description;
  • if you can not download purchased products;
  • if you find purchased products are not matched;
  • if you have changed your mind on a purchase (only in case the files have not been downloaded on your computer).

* 30-day money back means that we provide a refund within the 30-day period starting from the day you have made a purchase. Please test your file within this period. If you have found some disorders after the 30-day period expired, we are unable to offer a refund but can help with any issues.

Store Credit purchasesA refund can only be made back to your store credit account but not to the original payment method (Card or Paypal). For that type of purchase (payment method).
